Vibeos ("we", "our", "us") operates the vibe-os.co website and associated mobile apps (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

When you create an account, we collect your email address through Amazon Cognito. When you use the idea analyzer, we store the text of the ideas you submit and the resulting AI-generated reports in our database (AWS DynamoDB). When you upgrade to a paid plan, Stripe collects your payment details — we do not store your credit card number.

We use your email for authentication and transactional emails. We send your idea text to AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT-4o, Perplexity) for analysis. Prospect enrichment uses Hunter.io. Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be used to improve the product. We do not sell your information.

We rely on these providers: AWS (hosting, database, authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI inference), OpenAI (AI inference), Perplexity (web research), Hunter.io (prospect email verification), Google (optional Gmail OAuth for outbound email), Meta (optional Instagram/Facebook DM automation). Each provider has its own privacy policy.

We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing the address below — we will remove your data within 30 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email us to exercise these rights.

We use only essential cookies and local storage for authentication and to remember your in-app preferences. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
