These terms govern your use of Vibeos ("Service"), operated by Khan Business Consulting ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 or older to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

The Root Cause Report is free. The GTM Gameplan is a one-time $29 per-analysis purchase. The PMF Partner plan is $499/month with a 3-month minimum commitment, billed through Stripe. Paid plans auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellation.

You agree not to: (a) submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on others' rights, (b) use the Service to spam, harass, or send unsolicited bulk messages, (c) reverse-engineer or resell the Service, (d) attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Analysis, scoring, playbooks, and other AI-generated outputs are informational. They are not professional business, legal, or financial advice. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Decisions you make based on the Service's output are your own responsibility.

You retain ownership of the ideas and content you submit. We retain ownership of the Service itself — software, branding, and content we create. You grant us a limited license to process your submitted content as needed to provide the Service.

When you connect Gmail, Meta, or other third-party accounts, you are also bound by those providers' terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
